I am supposed to get the wall mounting materials along with my product. But I did not get the product along with my Television. When I called to the customer care (0124 6150000), I spoke to the person who assured me that, he will be refunding the Wall Mounting materials' price when the Installation person from Samsung comes for Installation. I got the product delivered on Thursday. The Samsung installation person is supposed arrive within 2 business days. I think they did not appear at all. This is a very bad experience with WS Retail.
Delivery: Got delivered within 24 hours, kudos to FK for fast delivery. I exchanged my old LG TV and got 3K discount, received acknowledgement for old TV as well.nnInstallation and demo: Installation was done again with in 18hrs of delivery. Samsung executive was fair enough with knowledge, showed the apps, updates and helped me to connect my WiFi. Also informed me about what are the best apps that i can use on my android to utilize the TV.nnPrice: Yes, FK is already giving discounted price compared to showroom, around 63K was in showroom and FK gave for 56K, with exchange of my Old LG CRT TV i got it for 53K.nnProduct: After all the research, i shortlisted LG 42" 5820, Samsung 40H5500 and Sony 40" R482B. After seeing the actual differences live in showroom, i dropped my plan of taking LG as samsung and sony wins in color production in panels. Samsung was in my mind as it has lots of apps and versatilty in codecs that recognizes almost all codecs.nnAfter using for 3 days nownIf you are looking for smart and if you connect to internet, then only you can got for Samsung H5500, if not Samsung H5100 should be fine as it has same panel.nI played number of MKV format full HD movies, from pendrive and my exHDD, it plays flawlessly.when connected to internet, apps are definetly usefull like watching youtube videos, browsing (you need to conenct wireless KB), gesture control doesnt work, u need to invest on TV camera (6K). TV has in built quad core proc, 1GB internal memory for apps, when multiple apps opened TV reboots (yes, it switches off and on by itself). apart from that con, everything is perfect.nnIMO, if you are not going for smart, i would definetly recommend H5100 or extra investment for H5500 is fine as you will get smart apps and inbuilt wifi.nnoverall 4* rating, 1* for TV reboot

Other brands Same size TV Cost is approx. 30K with 3 years warranty. nnService engineer visit cost is 1100 Rs/visit. double than other brands.nnPlz dont buy samsung LED TV specially 40 inchs,
Received a product with no picture being displayed.But voice is active.No response or personnel addressing the issue.Finally staring at a brand new product which doesnt work and no idea regarding return or replacement.Didn't buy it to get replaced after a months time.Wrong decision to buy.
