Very disappointed with Flipkart this time. It doesn't seem like they have delivered a new TV rather refurbished or faulty TV. The screen looks blurred, motion picture is too slow and super blurred. Even the installation guy said that the picture quality of the TV isn't that clear and there might be some issue with the TV. I raised the complaint long back but nothing is happening. Customer care guys doesn't care about their loyal customer anymore, even if you have spent 1.2lac or 100, they will just say that they have certain policies over some products etc etc..its a shame. I've always prefered Flipkart over other Ecom companies but this time they've just lost it.

Shipping took toooooo long other than that TV is good installation guy had no idea what TV was it so he forgot to get the suitable wallmount stand TV has no issues with it
I have purchased this UHD KS 7000 from local dealer in Trivandrum. I got it for 1.5 L along with some gift items from the dealer. It's been a month now and overall i'm really happy with this product. I'm not going to write a complete review as most of the features and quality are same as all Samsung LED Tv's. 1) It's very easy to install. Even it can be installed yourself without calling Samsung support for the installation. 2) The TV recognized the DTH conenction instantly without doing manual intervention. 3) Bluetooth headphones detected promptly which has nice clarity. 4) Netflix is a good option but have limited Indian stuff in it. worth to subscribe the free trail for 1 month. 5) You can operate the TV from your laptop or Android phones which is more comfort (need wifi connection) Overall i'm very much satisfied with this TV.
