In short its good buy with good online buying of large appliance experience:nWhat i liked of it:n1) Relatively quite even during spin (compared to others which i have watched closely)n2) Wash quality is commendablen3) 10 years motor warranty gives a satisfaction that motor ought to be robust (this is why price is higher than LG)nWhat i would expect more:n1) Delay timer for washing (LG has this option) nMy verdict: I reasonably researched before buying it. LG and Samsung Top load machines are almost equally good. LG is slightly lesser priced than samsung (~1.5 k lesser). nBuying in shop is loss of money. Appliances are usually overpriced by 15 to 20 % in shops. The tall claim (by shopkeepers) that buying in retail shops gives better warranty is not true. I used to bargain in shops. nThis time it hit me hard that why go shop way if i can buy it with few clicks and get better price? All warranty is from manufacturer.

Please note that the warranty listed with 2 years is for body and partsnwhere as the motor has 10 year warranty.nI did not get this information on flipkart but checked this out in a different retail outlet.nnIts a good buy. Hassle free and compact.
Within 8 months it is showing '4E' error. when I checked with service center, they said problem with board.
Buying and Installing: nnBought this in 15 July 15 and was delivered on 17 July 15, but nobody came for installing till 18 July 15.n nCalled the samsumg customer care on 18 July 15 (Saturday) and the engineer came on 20 July 15 (Monday), which is very prompt on samsumg part. nnThe engineer also informed that he wasn’t informed by flipkart or else he would have came on the day of delivery or very next day. nnSuggest calling the company to arrange for installation as that would be faster process upon delivery. nnHad to buy additional pipes (in flow and outflow), cover and trolley all of them costed around Rs 2000. nnPrice:nnGot this machine for Rs 16,160 (under exchange of my old crap IFB fully automatic front load – Rs 1200 (as it was non-working)) and a further discount on using app and Citibank credit card of 1616, though this credit is yet to come, nnSo after the credit the machine cost will be Rs 14,544, which is the best discounted price that I could have got after checking all the leading e commerce sites and also retail stores like chroma and vijay sales etc. nnMachine: nnThe machine and wash quality is good, the only drawback is that need to manually clean the lint filter after 2 -3 days and sometines it leaves white soap / link marks specially on black garments. nnFor which I called the customer care team and they suggested to increase the rince cycle and change the detergent, which has reduced this though not elimanted problem. nIt has host, of features though not many as compared to fully automatic machine, but which are anyways hardly used. nnThe best feature is fuzzy which machine selects the water level and wash cycle according to clothes loaded. At press of twp buttons power – fuzzy – start the machine does its work. nnSelection Process:nnI had IFB fully automatic front load machine earlier and have had a worst experience from the machine and service team, I had AMC for 4 years and every 2 months had to call them from maintenance, the last one was when they said we have stopped manufacturing the parts of your machine and it cannot be repaired. nnIFB told me that money of AMC would be refunded to you on prorate basis which means the day of when you called till the date of your AMC expires. nnThen an ordeal of phone calls emails to various heads of IFB followed, following which they refunded the entire amount of AMC and offered a 40 % discount on any of the models for IFB. nnNow a discount of 40% would have been more than any discount that I could have got, but just had enough of IFB so didn’t even bother to check for their models. nnNow then I started to look for best washing machines available, solely based on user reviews on e-commerce website, forums, mouthshut and other product review, complaints website. nnWhat I noted all the washing machine had their fair share of complaints but were maximum (with a huge margin) of IFB and least for Samsung, there by selected the brand and model. nnThen visited retail stores to check feedback and hence closed on this model. Though the features are less as compared to my IFB but in practical purpose, one hardly uses more than 3 – 4 features. nnAlso considering front load requires more maintenance (usage of specific powders, service) than top load, had bought this as it is its operated majorly by maids in the house.
