I was looking for a feature phone with VoLTE support when I saw this listed here. It is just few hundred bucks costly than Lava 4G Connect M1 hence I bought this instead. I had kept my expectations very low for this phone and it is upto my expectations. Everything about this product i.e. build quality, display, touch, camera, UI fluidity etc. is just average. Don't expect much. You get what you pay for. I would have given it 4 star but I had to reduce one star due to one of the stupidest thing about this phone. It's Microusb port. The port is just too deep and normal Microusb cable won't fit. That's why they're bundling a cable with longer Microusb connector. Treat it as a proprietary port as a spare cable is almost impossible to find. Why did you do this Sansui? If you plan to use it as a primary phone I would suggest investing a bit more and getting a Redmi 4A. I bought this just to use it as a dumb phone which can do VoLTE calls and wireless tethering and it works fine for that purpose.EDIT (13/04/2017): Off late I am noticing that after a very long idle time of around 12 hours, the 'VoLTE' symbol just disappears and incoming/outgoing call stops working. I have to toggle airplane mode and only then VoLTE symbol appears and everything comes back to normal. Sansui needs to push an OTA update to fix this.Edit (16/04/17): Adaptive storage is buggy in this phone. I had MX Player installed yesterday on a class 10 SanDisk card after formatting it as internal storage. Today when I tried opening that app it said app is not installed. Had to download and install again. Sansui needs to look into this issue too. For time being don't use adaptive storage.
It's a very good phone indeed. The phone's battery lasts about full day without heavy usage. And in case of heavy usage it gives a screen on time somewhere around 4 to 4.30 hrs. I didn't expect the camera to perform that great at night but I was impressed with the snaps myself.
