Bought it about a month ago Pros 1. Sound is good 2.1080p/1080i picture quality is average not as clear as samsung, LG , Panasonic or even Micromax which is of the same price range Cons 1. I doesn't play 4k video the main purpose is not solved 2. Very very poor service in Chennai since demo I have been trying to get in touch with the service people till now couldn't get their number even the toll free does not work PEOPLE IN CHENNAI BEWARE THERE IS LITERALLY NO SERVICE SUPPORT FOR SANSUI TV IN CHENNAI
