Thank you Flipkart for delivering my A/C and not for installing it. Your business assurance for the installation is 2 days. The AC got delivered on Sunday and the scheduled date for installation was 27/04 and you guys kept on moving it till Friday(29/04) . Thank you for wasting my 3 leaves. Now I got a call from Flipkart saying that it will be done by Tuesday(03/05) . Seriously ? 10 days for an AC installation ? . If you have a busy schedule for the installation, you should show the same while purchase. Thank you for spoiling my 3 office days. I received item next day but cooling it will taken minimum 1 hour (10*10) in night time chennai, day time ???? Technician also bargaining for installation and he installed worthless low class stand Rs. 750/- Totally worthless product

I Ordered this AC on 6th April and got it delivered as promised on 12th April in PUNE, MAHARASHTRA. In special offer I got it at 19990 Rs. I did R&D about other brand's 1 ton 5 star ACs but all of them were above 30K. I didn't wish to invest much. I decided to take risk and ordered. Installation is done next day without any followup. 5 star for that. Installation was done in very professional way. The guy was not aware about all the features of AC, he just gave basic info and rest of the things he gave up on user manual and asked us to read. Installation charges 1500 - Standard Installation 750- Stand - I bargained and got from him at 650 He used half meter power cable which wal falling short and demanded 300 Rs for it. I refused to pay 300, then he said I was expecting Bakshish from you so I said 300. I gave him total 2400 as I was satisfied with his skill. my master bedroom in 10.5 x 12.5, AC chills the room in 5 to 8 mins. Compressor starts working after 180 Secs once you turn on the AC. Remote is decent. So far good experience. My monthly electricity bill is almost 500 Rs. Awaiting for next bill. Installation guy said, with only night usage and weekend usage you will get bill almost 750 Rs. Let's see. I will update the review once I get the bill.

on 9 march i bought the AC make of Sansui 15 ton 5 start AC and fdone lost of search before buying and call flipkart & Sansui both for Details specification that for is this AC having copper condenser Coil or Aluminium which effect lot on the power consumption & life of AC which means you lose your pocket every month for Electricity bill & early scrap of Ac means loss on asset. this is really a blunder played by Flipkart And SANSUI both customer care people said they not aware which is just big joke. i suggest to all the flipkart AC buyers please do check the condesor coil must be Copper which will work longer if aluminium coil is got heated in long run it will get bust but copper will not bust so buying copper coil ac is the best option for that you may have to pay 4-5 Thousand Extra but its worth to invest as its run longer use less electricity and safety Flipkart is really playing game with customers which is not good as a E commerce company, in future i will think 100 times before byuing

Regarding FK: Product delivery was quick, on time (At Kolkata) - #KudosFK Delivery Guys were professional and customer centric - #KudosFK AC description was misleading. Regarding Product: Cheapest possible 5* 1 ton AC Was sceptical of the brand Sansui, but still ordered and happy with the decision. Cooling is quick, slightly noisy (but when you switch on fan, the noise subsides) QuickTips: . Buy Ac Stand online separately (mine cost Rs250 only) . The Auto mode is very efficient both cost and cooling wise (unlike my Carrier ac, where the Auto mode was useless) . Remote has green backlight - press anykey for 3 sec. . 3 types of Sleep Mode . Indoor unit has blue LED, acts as a night lamp in total darkness. . Never set temp less than 22deg.this increases elec bill and lowers efficiency. . If you want to cool your room fast - use COOL MODE + 23deg + Click TURBO and wait for 10 min. Then change back to AUTO mode. . I am yet to receive a months bill :) Believe this was helpful. Tx.
