This is the nice tv with good features but the flipkart service is very poor they do not call you but update there system that customer is not available. You followup with them and they do-not responded with exact answer. Ekart is flipkart service but you will never find a contact number of ekart. After installation no body come to elaborate about this costly tv feature. Worst service of Flipkart. Will suggest to buy that from other websites not here

This Model was launched June this. Hence, there was no feedback available anywhere in the digital world. I took a risk on buying this TV only because it was from Sony & was being assembled in Malaysia (i prefer something which is made out of China in TV - section) Super fast delivery ( 1 day ahead the scheduled date), Super fast Installation & Demo by Sony. Pros: 1) Excellent (out of this world) picture quality. 2) Excellent image processing 3) Excellent connectivity for YouTube & Netflix (not to forget the dedicated buttons!) 4) Super slim profile. 5) Almost bezel-less design. 6) 3 USB ports (all on side) 7) 3 HDMI ports. 8) Excellent sync with Home Media server (powerful WiFi router recommended) 9) Excellent 4K up-scaling from HD content. 10) Awesome pricing & thanks to flipkart for outstanding exchange value on old TV. Cons: 1) Bravia sync with mobile device is bit laggy 2) No triluminos display lastly - widely available payment option while checking out. Thank you flipkart!

Never buy a expensive product from Flipkart, They do not take any responsibility all are just fake promises, I received a TV with SCRATCH on screen there is no response from Flipkart and Sony, Even i tried to return they rejected the request Do not waste your money just because of some offers, better buy it from showroom at least you can claim if the product is damaged They do not deserve even one star (because of you guys, most of the people still do not trust online shopping, i lost my faith too) People who wants to buy must check the recent comments do not just simply go with good rating which they show on top
