bought this tv 1 month ago in exchange offer(2500rs for old crt tv). flipkart delivered it within 24 hours. great service by flipkart.npros:n1) best sound quality. you simply cannot compare it with any other tv. really awesome,specially its bass.n2) plays .mkv .mp4 .avi formatn3) plays 1080p videos smoothly. colour production during usb play is good.n4) fm radio functionalityn5) mini size and full hd screen gives good picture quality even without hd set top boxnncons:n1) disapointed with viewing angle. side viewing angles are good but front viewing angle is bad, picture loses it's quality and you will end up in seeing darker picture. i installed it on wall nearly 48 inches from floor & when i see it from 8 feet distance while sitting on floor picture looks dark like computer's lcd monitor. worst thing is when i look at tv from just below it picture is completely dark almost 95%. you can't even identify the characters on tv.n2) white colour appears too much white, you cann't see any proper shade.n3) it's intelligent picture plus mode is simply worst. i don"t know why they have provided it. when i turned it on picture lost it's clearity. it is not suitable while watching sports because it struggles on focussing moving objects just like mobile's camera.n4) cannot play .m4a .flv video formatn5) interface is sluggishnni had a little issue with my tv within 7 days like automatic change of screen mode,restart issue and stuck/dead pixels. flipkart helped me very well but sony's tv technician didn't accept that fault & told me its ok when few stuck pixels appears on screen & sony cann't give me a new model but they can change my tv's display panel just because tv has one year warranty, which i didn't prefer because i don't trust sony's service & the way that technician was talking. he just installed new software for my tv but that pixel still appears. worst service by sony.
I request all the readers please dont buy this TV. Its a terrible product.Side viewing angles are so bad that you just cannot see anything. I had to return this TV. And sony customer service guys are so rude, they dont even answer to your calls. nnHowever service from Flipkart was very efficient.
The wish of a LED TV with Full HD has been fulfilled. Excellent picture quality with satisfying Sound Quality. Yes Sony has presented a beautiful LED Tv at a moderate price and even with a Exchange offer. nnIts value for money.nnThe USB Play is outstanding. It detected my 1TB Hard Disk just in a few Seconds. Plays almost all formats except mkv and few uncommon formats. nnIts a good product in a good price.
I am using this TV from last 1 month Picture Quality is very good.nViewing angle approximately 80 degree both horizontally and vertically.nAt this price range for me it is the best buy.
Awful viewing angles. Blurry image in corner. Issues with white color. Gamma issues. Vivid is too vivid for eyes and normal is pathetic then a 10 yr old Color tube TV I had, which I exchanged. Honestly worse then Chinese LCD or desktop computer monitor. It support mkv reading, i.e. good but forwarding or backward scan option is choppier then a 2yr old phone of Rs.10000.nnMust not buy.nnSony is getting poor in everything.
