Using this from past 2 months. No problems found!nnReview :n1. Picture Quality - 5/5n2. Syncing Devices - 4/5 n(Tested with Laptops, Samsung, Apple, MI, Moto devices.. )nRarely found issues like : Connectivity & lagging in streaming. But still staisfied :)n3. Sound - 5/5n4. Apps : 3.5/5nApps are a bit slow while opening. Once opened, it would operate without any flaws. n5. Picture Clarity : 5/5nnFeatures :nOptions of changing audio track if a video has multiple audio tracks.nSubtitles are very clear! Options to choose languages if supported. Also we can change the fonts. nnCons :nNo options found to select "blue screen" only, whenever the Dish/Cable relay is stopped. nNo option to resume a video which was played before. nTV hangs few times whenever you toggle between Apps and Devices.nnStill I'm 100% satisfied with SONY 40W562D!
bought this product on 15th August nnpros:-n1.)picture clarity is perfect and if you have HD channels then nothing to say, it looks awesome.n2.)able to connect 500gb harddisk easily.n3.)video , music , photo looks awesome no problem in that.(if you have HD movies then it looks fantastic)nnCons:-n1.)Some Video,s and picture does not play.n2.)for video it gives error no playback option so it does not play, but its rarest of rarer case i have found like in 50 video 5/6 will not play.nsame goes to images if its in different format.n3.)no software update option is available in TV.nnSolution:- by screen mirroring through handset just by playing maxplayer in your phone you can remove those above error, I can saynnOther than that TV is fantastic looks good normal channels also look like neraly HD , i can say nSo you can go for it.
Don't buy Sony LED 40 inches Tv. Their TV panels have very short life around 2-3 years and then the panel replacement cost is 40% of the TV cost. Sony have no standards now. I recommend not to by SONY LED tv.
Hi All,nnThis is to let everyone know, the seller has cheated us. They have provided a defective product. The TV remote Doesn't work, in the sense tv doesnt read remote input.nnAfter receiving the product the sony service center authorized agent from Hyderabad visited our place. He was so reluctant to talk nand hanged the TV on wall and left our place without providing any demo and installation instructions.nnHe collected installation coupon saying he did his duties cheating us. Till now it has been almost 37 days from the day product arrived and it still lies non wall hanging without being in use. No one is serious neither sony care is concerned about this nor the local installation authorized by sony are addressing this issue.nnIn spite of repeated calls to sony care after being requested by us to raise complaints , they still refuse to acknowledge the issue.nFinally after repeated calls they raised a complaint with incorrect information saying product is working but actually it is not. I have zero idea of what to do...nnSeller completely disappointed by sending a defective piece.
