The reception of this phone is quite poor. Most of the time it switches to emergency calls only. Even updating the software doesnt helps.
I am using Hazel since October 2010. I find it easy to handle now. At 75 I belong to the first generation. The one problem I had with this phone is that it was not accompanied by a printed user's manual. Another negative I can point out is that the volume available on the speaker should have been more. It's many smart phone features and the looks are killing and it is a pleasure to handle it, specially the key-board. The camera is very faithfully good with 5 mega-pixels, specially I find the macro-mode very precise and sharp. In the whole, I want to emphasize that Hazel is a good buy and offers ample value for the money spent. Buy it if you still get it.
