I bought it from Sony Center. Keyboards are soft but they need u to be gentle with them. I have get whole keyboard replaced once after I bought it last year. Problem was somesort of short circuit inside causing undesired responses, i.e. if u press "P" response would be "Enter". So, Not good for those who are looking for rough and tough Laptop. Window7 Basic runs smoothly on this machine. I dnt have idea of its performance with Windows8. Its better you look for Dell laptops.

before ordering this laptop i little bit worried about the flipkart. but after received my laptop i completed satisfied with flipkart and my sony product. the product is completely genuine. good battery backup......... Thanks

It's a good lap only, but you need to expand its RAM to 4 or 8 gb, its already contain 2 gb ram and 1 slot free, by spending 1000 - 1500 rs u can buy another 2 gb and can fill the free slot.nBut it is necessary , otherwise it 'Il be always a headache for u..

I chose Sony just to avoid unnecessary maintenance issues. Mmmm... I am completely wrong.... Sony is no more trust worthy brand. nSpeakers are so good that, for more than 2 weeks i couldn't figure it out that one of two speakers is not working.nAfter 1 month, one key stopped working, i thought it may be minor keyboard issue.nI visited customer service for these problems. Without inspecting the problem, they are replacing the hardware parts. And we'll be happy if we talk less about the customer service quality.
