awesome product.1 gb graphics+4gb ram with 640gb harddisk seals the deal.Hoping its 2nd gen i-3 is not very slow as compared to 3rd gen i-3 found in most of the models.arrow keys r small,but seperate numeric keypad is quite useful.sound quality is good but speakers r not very loud.laptop runs quietly without noises n negligble heating.battery backup is ok(about 3.5 hrs for normal uses).. however i am dissapointed by toshiba costumer support.i noticed 3 white patches on the screen just after purchase n installing the os.doesnt expect a brand new screen to be like that.still waiting since 3 weeks for the screen to be replaced :(
