The Toshiba Satellite C50-A I0012 has been built to suit your pocket and capable of meeting only professional needs of the user. The presence of Intel Core i3 processor in this range is commendable. It also flaunts a fast optical drive and a high speed USB port. You will have to buy a separate user friendly OS and bear with the poor RAM.

Display and Design
 
The Toshiba Satellite C50-A I0012 features a 15.6-inch HD LED backlit Clear SuperView LED backlit display which offers visuals with enhanced brightness and at a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. It is housed in a 33.3 mm thick white colored outfit which has a weight of 2.38 kg and may pose problems when you carry it for too long.
 
Processor and OS
 
Under the hood, the notebook is equipped with a 3rd generation Intel Core i3 processor racing at 2.5GHz. Assisting the CPU is a mere 2GB DDR3 RAM which is acceptable with respect to the price and can be expanded up to 16GB for faster response. The integrated Intel HD GPU is capable of managing only simple videos and games without any lag. It is devoid of any preloaded OS.

To account for the video calling needs of the user, the Toshiba Satellite C50-A I0012 houses a webcam above the display. It meets the storage demands of the user with a standard 500GB SATA HDD. With the 8X SuperMulti DVD RW Drive, you can easily exchange files through CDs and DVDs. The stereo speakers powered by Toshiba Audio Enhancement guarantee crisp sound while watching movies.

To ensure an uninterrupted service for a fair period of time, the Toshiba Satellite C50-A I0012 sports a 6 cell Li-ion battery. Coming to the connectivity options, we have Bridge media slot, Bluetooth v4.0, HDMI out, 2 USB 2.0 slots, Ethernet port, 1 USB 3.0 port and WLAN.
