Verdict

The Moto G45 is all about value for money. The handset ticks many right boxes in this regard but it would have been better to get a full HD display at this price point. Having said that, the phone offers a butter-smooth 120Hz refresh rate, an impressive processor, and a clean software experience. These features enhance the overall appeal of the handset and make it a compelling buy. Interestingly, the G45 doesn`t have one standout feature that would completely sway your decision in its favour, but relies on its overall package for its appeal.

Despite being available at an extremely affordable price, the Toshiba Satellite C850-I0015 boasts of Intel Core i3 processor which is really appreciable. It is also laden with one USB 3.0 slot, a high speed optical drive and a rich and bright display. However, you will have to bear with the poor RAM and absence of OS considering the price.

The Toshiba Satellite C850-I0015 arrives with a 15.6-inch HD LED backlit Clear SuperView display featuring a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels. It is enclosed in a glossy black colored body which has a thickness of 28.2 mm and a weight of 2.3 kg.
 
Processor and OS
 
At the heart of the device, there is a 2.3GHz Intel Core i3 processor belonging to the 2nd generation series and sitting on HM76 Express chipset. To support the processor in functioning smoothly, it houses a 2GB DDR3 RAM operating at 1333MHz and expandable up to 8GB due to the presence of 2 unused memory slots. The responsibility of handling rich graphics is given to the integrated Intel HD GPU. It comes preloaded with DOS.
 
Camera, Storage and Multimedia
 
The Toshiba Satellite C850-I0015 sports a 0.3MP webcam for supporting online video calls and accounts for the storage needs of the user with the standard SATA hard disk having a capacity of 500GB. It also boasts of an 8X SuperMulti DVD RW Drive which gives you the freedom to stream all kinds of high end media files swiftly.
 
The input functions are performed by a multi touch gesture supported touchpad and a standard keyboard. The stereo speakers powered by Toshiba Audio Enhancement deliver HD Audio Solution.
 
Battery and Connectivity
 
To make sure that the laptop runs without any interruption for a fair period of time, there is a 6 cell Li-ion battery. The Toshiba Satellite C850-I0015 is loaded with connectivity features in the form of Bridge Media Slot, 2 USB 2.0 slots, 1 USB 3.0 port, HDMI out, VGA port, Bluetooth v4.0, WLAN and Ethernet port.
