
ASUS has launched a new Pickup and Return (PUR) service for accessories in India. With this move, the company expands its after-sales support network. The new service provides free doorstep pickup and delivery for eligible warranty replacements across over 17,000 pin codes.
The service covers a variety of accessories. These include wireless and Bluetooth mice, wireless keyboards (including the Marshmallow keyboard), ASUS and ROG backpacks, adapters and GaN chargers, docks and dongles, and JoGeek RAM and SSD products.
The PUR service removes the need for customers to visit service centres for accessory warranty claims. Instead, users can submit a request through ASUS Customer Care. ASUS says once the company confirms warranty eligibility and serviceable pin codes, it arranges both pickup and return. This makes the replacement process easier and more convenient.

ASUS has included PUR as part of its broader 4A after-sales framework: Assured Quality, Always-on Support, All-around Coverage, and Added-value Services. With this initiative, the company aims to minimise downtime for users who depend on essential accessories for work, gaming, and daily tasks.
