Highlights
  • CMF Headphone Pro comes with swappable cushions in two colours.
  • The headphones haven’t been launched in India yet.
  • CMF Headphone Pro features Hybrid ANC.

CMF has launched its first pair of headphones, the Headphone Pro. It It’s a bright pair of headphones in three colours with interchangeable cushions. CMF Headphone Pro has been launched in select markets for now with no details on India availability yet. In the US, it’s priced at $99 which translates to roughly Rs 8,000. If it ever launches in India, the CMF Headphone Pro will most likely be priced under Rs 10,000. This is not only based on the US pricing but also for the fact that CMF is known for budget products.

The CMF Headphone Pro looks completely different from the Nothing Headphone (1). It’s more peppy and fresh with three colours: Light green, Light Grey, and Drak Grey. The cushions are available in Light Green and Orange finishes.

The headphones are also designed with several easy-to-use controls. A Roller dial lets you adjust volume, toggle ANC, and play or pause music. There is also an Energy Slider that helps fine-tune bass and treble levels depending on the track you’re listening to. In addition, a customisable button can be set for quick actions such as enabling Spatial Audio or activating an AI assistant. All these controls can be personalised further through the Nothing X app.

For sound and noise control, the CMF Headphone Pro features Hybrid ANC capable of reducing up to 40dB of external noise with three adjustable levels. They use 40mm drivers with nickel-plated diaphragms to reduce distortion and enhance clarity, supported by a 16.5mm copper voice coil, precision bass duct, and dual-chamber design for fuller, more detailed sound. The Headphone Pro supports SBC and LDAC codecs and is Hi-Res Audio certified. Users can also create a Personal Sound profile tailored to their hearing.

Battery life is another key highlight. CMF claims the Headphone Pro can last up to 100 hours on a single charge, with playback time dropping to 50 hours when ANC is enabled. Talk time is also rated at up to 50 hours. A quick five-minute top-up provides around five hours of playback, while a full charge takes about two hours. The headphones also support USB Type-C connectivity for both charging and wired audio playback.

If you’re looking for wireless over-ear headphones with long battery life, customisable controls, and adjustable sound, the CMF Headphone Pro stands out as a well-rounded choice. Its swappable cushions add a touch of personal style, while Hybrid ANC and LDAC support make it equally suited for travel and everyday use. As mentioned above, CMF hasn’t announced India availability for the Headphone Pro. It’s interesting though as Nothing recently announced CMF as an independent subsidiary with India as its base. The Headphone Pro would be a budget-friendly option for consumers here, so we expect CMF to launch it in India soon.
