Very good dual SIM rugged phone for the money

This is a very good basic phone for the money (picked it up for under $60 with free shipping at htttp://ruggedcellphone.INFO). It has all the basic features of any phone in a small, water splash-proof design which is a big plus for anyone who works outside.
