The Videocon V-Tab Ace Pro is a basic tablet from Videocon. It can be used to read eBook, voice calling and surfing internet mostly. The tablet is good for children and for basic use and comes at an affordable price as well.

Display, Design and Configuration

The Videocon V-Tab Ace Pro ships with 7.0-inch HD display with a screen resolution of 600 x 1,024 pixels which results in a pixel density of 170ppi. The tablet weighs 370 grams with a waistline of 10mm and is only available in white colour.

A dual-core processor coupled with Mali 400 GPU and 512MB RAM sits on a Mediatek chipset for basic tasks like reading eBooks and surfing internet. The configuration is good for light usage and working with one application at a time. The tablet runs Android KitKat as its operating system.

Storage and Camera

The Videocon V-Tab Ace Pro comes with an 8GB of internal storage for storing all the data, the storage can be increased further up to 32GB with the help of an external microSD card. It comes with a basic 2MP main camera which has features like face detection, geo tagging and digital zoom for basic photography. A 0.3MP camera has also been provided to serve the purpose of video calling.

Battery and Connectivity

A 3,000mAh li-ion non removable battery supplies all the needed power to the device and makes sure that it runs for quite long time, according to Videocon it provides a standby time up to a massive 80 hours on 2G networks. The tablet comes with basic connectivity features like 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Voice calling and Micro USB connectivity. The tablet supports voice calling too.
