I am writing this review after 12+months of usage, it does very good job, powerful dryer and nice built quality. Just once the dryer stopped working but the videocon service person came to home and fixed it in no time and no charge But Remember the dryer may got stopped because we had hit by a flood in heavy rainfall and my house is filled with hip level water, even though we pulled the washing machine out placed it on our dining table before it got sink, we feel that may be the case where the dryer might got stopped working. But trust me dont read all the reviews and get confused in ur choice of buying end of the day non of the review gonna make you to buy a better product it all the brand that u choose and their service so go with ur hear and love ur choise
