Videocon Zaara Royale VS75Z11 7.5 Kg Semi Automatic Top Load Washing Machine

Recieved in perfect condtion, Althought i suspect that the item i recieved i used by someone before or would have tested the product, cos when i started the spinner, a small amount of water started coming from hose. This really makes my first purchase of large appliance scary. nnupdatenAfter 20 days of usage.nIt doesnt wash properly. Even with 15 clothes, the agipeller doesnt spin at all. Low power motornnUpdate on 14/02/2015nRight from firstday, the agipeller didnt spin properly, but i thought the machine is low powered and not wasking as expected, But after two months i suspected there is so problem with the washing machine and contacted service centre, service guy visited and inspected the machine told that belt which connects the motor and spinner is fault and the belt has become very thin that it cant even handle 6 to 7 clothes. he told that we have overloaded our machine , but the fact is its 7.5 kgs washing machine , we dont load more than 17 clothes . So this clearly proves that someone has used my machine before flipkart sold it to me. Else someone would have repalced this machine under 30 days replacemetn warranty and flipkart sold the replced product to me without inspecting properly. but thanks to videocon they replced the belt after 9 days of complaining, it works properly now. Although videocon takes much time in servicing its product, they are pretty good in servcing, but i had to followup with customer care everyday. Thmups down to flipkart service and thumps up to videocon for prompt service.

I bought it last week and I am much satisfied with the machine's Look and feel, Performance .n It is a very solid one and easy installation,nnI did not find any problems with this machine and I would recommend this
