In a day delivery, as promised by flipkart. The product differs a little from what is shown in the image, that is due to the fact that flipkart is selling the latest version of this AC. The product I received was manufactured less than a month back from the date of purchase. Works fine but what sets VOLTAS apart are their services. The product comes already fitted with a long wire, a plug and extra water outlet pipe. The key to efficient cooling is purchasing an AC with the right tonnage according to the area you expect it to cool. The star rating might be 3 but one should rather look at the power rating of the ACs as there is a very small difference, just 52W between a 3 star and a 5 star 1 Ton AC from Voltas
