It is the best TV among low cost brands. You can compare it's display quality with brands like Samsung & LG. Sound is also fine. I purchased it the same day it was launched on Flipkart at a cost of 28k.

The product is good and the delivery was also very fast. But the reason why I gave one star is because of the customer care executives. I had and issue with the installation. I contacted flipkart customer service 3 times regarding this issue, all 3 agents told that they won't handle anything regarding installation. When I asked them to escalate the issue, they kept me on hold for some time and disconnected the call, all the 3 time. I will never ever buy anything from Flipkart ever again. This is not how you treat a customer!!

The TV built is simple and sleak in the front with a Clear Display. The picture quality is good , no issues with Pixelet. Sound quality is OK which is a known thing when it comes to LED TV's. A 1920*1080 movie with Additional Speakers will make you enjoy it. Its a valuable buy. I suggest not to compare with other branded TV's. Just need to realise you have a good product for the amount you have payed.

Bought this tv on 15th sep 2016 , 16th it was delivered at the same evening demo/installation guy visited and installed. we and the technician spotted one dead pixel on the screen, At the same day i initiated replacement request ,later on 17th sep 2016 a vu tv technician visited and confirmed that there was one dead pixel..... Now all the guys who are planning to buy this tv (or any tv frm this brand) read this carefully how flipkart and vu playing the game of blame nnhere is the response frm flipkart,nnnnWe're sorry about the issue with your Vu 124cm (49) Full HD LED TVnnWe understand your concern. its to early to comment, it came to me just a week back, but its an owesome tv at this range, its picture quality is superb in normal dth too.. U can compare the picture quality from big brands like sony panasonic lg or samsung.. Iwould have given 5 star, but it will be to early..n nothing is 100% perfect in this world...BUT THERE IS NO SERVICE CENTER OVER HERE...Overall THE BEST led & good service from flipkart too. Product delivered on time, n installation aswell..what else needed...
