Honest Experience of mine:nnbought TV on 13th august 2015.n nPros:nGood price labelnBetter Picture QualitynPorts are GoodnAffordable productnnCons:nCustomer Care service is a bit bad, wont answer calls even on their mentioned timings.nWarranty is one year, if you want extended warranty then its 2800 /- for 2 years.nNo service center in Hyderabad.nSound clarity can be better.nNot able to play some promised video formats. nIf the product faces any problem after the warranty period ,cannot guarantee the service will be at low cost.nExtra remote cost 1400/-nnI will update the review again after few months. this is true review.
Comparing with my LG 32inch.nnThe Display is quite good, quality slightly less than LG.nnThe TV is getting extremely HOT on the right side, MY LG is always cool even after long hours of operation.nnWanted to get it checked by the service department, butnNo-one picks up the phone or the line is busy.
