Real experience after 1 week. Pros and Cons Positives:- 1. Good picture quality however we have a normal dish tv so cant experience the best picture. I need to check with HD dish tv 2. Best price for 55inch led tv with exchange offer. I would now rate VU my 4th best tv brand after Sony, LG, Samsung 3. Jeeves representative came same day for installation and got the tv in 2 days. Cons:- 1. The TV is really thick. Its not an slim led . 2. Frame is plastic, Would have liked it to be stainless steel bezeel but then i wouldnt complaint with the price. Important Note: There is no Jeeves extended 2 year warranty that you can buy from Flipkart. But you can ask the Jeeves installation representative for 2 year extended warranty additional at Rs 3000/-. He will send you a payment link from his system and you can pay it online. First cons: 1)refresh rate that really matters is 50 not 60 as mentioned in specification...Bt u can't ask for more at this price 2) installation experience was not that good, they said that their duty is only to make tv on to show vu logo ,that's all .......No channel display,no HDMI checking,no usb cheking ...Nothing else 3)some of the standard channels are not so good.,bt that happens with every brands..Again price is 1/3rd of big brands 4)night scenes of movies r somewhat granular Now Pros: 1)HD channels are excellent 2)sound quality is much better than my 40 inch VU where sound was worst 3)3 HDMI are gud ..,no need to change HD set box,chrome n Xbox ...Connect them in one go 4)HD action movies are mind blowing to watch 5)playing Xbox games or Sony ps is a treat to eyes 6)colou r awesome bt having slight(sometimes not noticeable) yellow tint that is not gud In short it's perfect deal at this price . Don't waste ur money on big brands.....For those who are giving 1 or 2 stars ,perhaps they should buy big brands bt should ready to spend more than one lacs From my side it's 4.5 STARS
