My AC stopped working from second day. Whirlpool first sent the installation technician who said the issue is with the PCB in internal unit. It is beyond his means to rectify. It is 3 days since I awaiting technician from Whirlpool. So far, no luck. Whirlpool/WS retail should have replaced defective product within hours but they are taking their own sweet time.
It is a good product which cools the air quite speedily... Satisfied wid it. But quite confused by Whirlpool cust care as they firstly told that installation will be free but after the guy arrived, he asked to pay @ 1500 for the same.
