Received the product few days ago and full marks to Flipkart. nI am yet to start using the product however the Whirlpool Demo service is the worst I have seen in recent times. The person did not even give a proper demo and was in hurry to leave in minutes. nnAbove all, a notice for all Whirlpool Customers - the demo guy will act as a salesman selling all sorts of products such as Scalegon , Calstarit etc. Making it a point that you buy those products and if you don't - he will give a disclaimer that your machine will be not give best performance. And that these products are available only with him. nThat's not true as those products are available online and at very less price. Do not fall for the trap. nSo at first stage I am not satisfied with Whirlpool - if those are necessary products for better performance - then why not include in cost or keep customer informed about it at the time of purchase and spare customer from spending 3K to 4K extra on unsure products.nnnUpdate -nNot good after months use. Stains the cloth with black spots and moves from position while rotating. Also displays some random error code.n 360 / bloom wash is a bluff and whirlpool just selling their experiment in market without quality check. nn0.5 star if that's applicable !!!!!
We bought this machine 1 year back and within few days of usage, it started to tear the cloths. It took 1 month for the service engineer to get convinced and 4th service engineer found a tiny scratch in the drum. This scratch at high RPM tears the cloths. They changed the drum though i wanted to replace the machine. nWhirlpool is worst. I was using IFB and it was best. Though in recent past, IFB service is bad, productwise my vote is for IFB.nnDon't ever buy this machine. Not worth a money and nonsense machine. No bloom wash or 360 degree. Utter waste of money and occupies space more.
