User Reviews for Whirlpool Fantasia INV 1 Ton Inverter Split AC

I bought two of them together in July 2016.. They registered one of them bought in 2013 and and another in 2016. I had to call twice to correct it. At first service the technician AAtique suggested to put gas in of of the ACs and cote Rs1500. The other AC he said is fine. I refused and the moment he left the AC which he said is fine stopped cooling. I called custome Care again and they sent another technician Inteqhab and he said the AC needs Gas and cote Rs.2800. I called Customer Care and they said the price for GAS is Rs. 2500. So first they break your AC if you refuse to pay them then when you call them to fix it ..they cote as per their fix.. It has been a disgusting experiance...

THE BUILD QUALITY OF THIS SLIP AC IS AMAZING. COOLS MY ROOM IN FEW SECONDS EASILY. CONSUMES LESS ELECTRICITY THAN OTHERS. QUICK AND EASY INSTALLATION BY THE COMPANY. DUST FILTER IS EASY TO WASH OFF. The product seems decent....but it's new so can't actually comment about the performance overtime....and flipkart mentioned copper condensor before i purchased the product and now it says aluminium condensor....that's just complete deceitful marketing

is it copper coil condenser? plz relply...i wanna buy this.

With in an 3 months of usage the circuit board inside is gone. Called customer care and they don't know anything. they looks like not professional. Pathetic. Think twice before you buy.
