1. Product is good, cools well for now. Below are the issue lists,n day 1: after running 12 hours also cooling is not good.ncalled customer care, they told that there is no issues and first time it takes time to cool. I asked for demo.nday 2: Demo guy came, saw the issues, said no problem.nday 3: put cooler regulator in 7, it is cooling now.nday 4: Came from office, fridge is cold but not chilled, ice comportment: ice is melting. Is it the auto defrost system, I wondered!!! Never used auto defrost before. After sometimes again compressor started, everything back to normal.nday 5: Stopped cooling, inside temperature is little less than room temperature. Asked flipkart from replacement. Got an sms, some technician will visit my home next day (i.e. day 6).nday 6: Whole day, no one came.nday 6 (night): Opened the fridge, all food items are rotten, smells like dustbin.nday 7: Got a call from technician, he will visit my house. Technician came, w/o any checkup he replaced the thermostat. nday 8 onwards: Fridge is working fine, but keeping an eye on it, when it will fail again. Replacement request is canceled by flipkart as per technician feedback.nnNow my question is how come w/o any troubleshooting the technician knew the issue is with the thermostat? nIf he is that much experienced why couldn't he figure out the problem on day one, he figured out only after I asked for replacement.

I got this product couple of weeks ago and here are the details on what i have felt thus far from moving away from a sdingle door fridge to triple door.nnPros:n1. Cooling is faster as a standard for their products with Whirlpool.n2. Ice Cream zone works well and does not freeze the ice cream. Keeps intact.n3. Vegetables are maintained fresh.n4. Power consumption seems to be low.n5. Less noise and auto defrosts.nnCons:n1. No much space in the main compartment (The one in middle) considering a small family of 2-3 which we were happy while using a 265 lit single door one from Whirlpool.n- The images in Flipkart are quite misleading. The image where the fridge is opened, you can see large bottles placed in the side door (Midddle compartment - Near egg tray). If this is the case, the fridge cannot be closed - Beautiful marketting :).n2. Cool drinks cannot be placed in the top compartment - Too chill to consume as cool drink.n3. Too much heating on the sides. Despite Whirlpool letting us know with the sticker in the sides, it is tough to keep anything next to the fridge.n4. No keys - This gives good chance to kids to play around with the items.nnThough they have advertized as a stabilizer free operation, i have connected to my previous fridge's stabilizer to be safe.nnInstallation from Whirlpool was just OK. The person was more concerned about the satisfaction code rather than explaining the details. I made sure that all my queries were taken care before i gave it.nnI feel this is VFM for the proice i got this. But, exchange offer was something which was unconvincing - 1.5K for a working fridge which was brought couple of years ago.nnSuggestion will be to go out and have a physical feel on the product and compare with existing one before you purchase.

Purchased it one month back and was hoping for a drop in my electricity bill as i replaced one 15 year old whirlpool with this. Instead, BILL HAS EXACTLY DOUBLED. Observed that freezer fan runs at full speed even though setting is for lowest speed. The fan noise is irritating now as monsoon makes its way ahead. Anybody else facing this problem?nnRating to stay 1- star unless whirlpool resolves the complaint. Worst case, will cut my losses and say goodbye to Whirlpool. nnA few positives: Looks nice. Capacity is good for family of 3 or 4.

I bought this product 45 days ago and have intentionally waited till date to check on its performance and then write the review.nnFirst of all, the pricing by flipkart is unbelievable. This same product (though different colors) is clearly 3 or 4 thousand higher in retail shops and can count as the best deal in flipkart. I have checked this product in the retail shops and none was selling a white color in this model and I get an assumption that this competitive pricing by flipkart is only on the white color because most of the consumers don't prefer a white color fridge these days.nnComing to performance, I was little bit skeptical to review the product immediately and had taken 45 days time to test and review it. Though the build quality and performance can be assured because of the Whirlpool brand, I was very keen to check the power consumption as none of the triple door refrigerators have a BEE certified star rating and this product is no exception to it. Counting from 1st day of the month till the last day of the month in terms of electricity consumption, my power bill showed we consumed 150+ units which was our regular bill in the month of June with our earlier single door 9 year old fridge.nMy four star rating of this product is for the below reasons.n1) for the white color 2) no lights in the vegetable section and also in the freezer.

Its a big refrigerator and spacious too. But the motor seems making some sound when there isn't enough power input. soft of like the sound a bike or car engine makes when it is going through a steep uphill road.
