Very poor servicing system.A Whirlpool Refregarator delivered to me on 18th but 2 days gone noone come for the demo-service and the another thing that as I purchesed the gadget on an exchange offer, they took my old but running Refreegarator.Due to that I faced a lot trouble in case food preserving as this is the season lf summer.

I guess it looks smaller as compared to the pics but still not very disappointed. nI guess it was having inbuilt stabiliser but the insulation guy used the manual of this refrigerator to put a stabiliser cum UPS for safety for Rs. 1900. So overall an OK experience. 4 starsnI'm pretty much satisfied.

As always. Flipkart is bang on time . Ordered Friday 05th May afternoon and Received on 6th May Saturday (Normal Delievery).nAs I stay out of the home most of the time due to work. So i placed d order with flipkart & received d product before committed time. Not just that.As I was worried that they gonna deliver it to my door or till the ground floor as I am staying on 3rd floor without lift in an apartment. My parents are too old to lift the 6'' refrigerator till 3rd floor & I was out. But the E cart (flip-kart) guys r so nice they didn't just lift it till 3rd but kept it exactly on the place where my father want it to be. They took proper care of the product while lifting it. Thanks a lot. I really appreciate ur service.nnAbout the Product.. nIts awesome and works really well. 260L means spacious, perfect. Its my 2nd Whirlpool refrigerator & believe me its perfect. Most important it doesn't make any noise while running. U can blindly go for this product without thinking.

Improper handling by GATI courier... Damage in the refrigerator doors and also gas leaked.... Wasted my hard earned money.... Dont prefer online shopping for big appliances..

I have recently bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from FLIPKART. The size given in the advertise and Actual size is DIFFERENT. Actual size is much smaller than the size given in FLIPKART advertise. nFrom last 2 week, I am sending messages to FLIPKART but except asking for 48 Hrs everytime to resolve the issue , Nobody is doing Nothing. nSo better to go personally to any of the shop to purchase instead of buying ONLINE on FLIPKART.nThe worst Customer Service Department, I have ever came across.nnAnil DudwadkarnMumbai
