The exchange offer worked out very well for me... The old fridge was picked up one day ( I moved my stuff fr fridge to a neighbour's place), and new fridge was delivered in couple of days, I guess (I don't remember the exact number of days here)... transaction was smooth The fridge itself was smaller than what I imagined... Better description is required... storage capacity is 373 litres only. I hoped for more.... I could have got this fridge at a lesser price at other website, in that case.
Horrible service, cancelled after 35 days, no refund after 1 week of cancellation. Product may be good but horrible delivery service, waited for 35 days to deliver fridge, then cancelled as they had some courier vs flipkart issues. Only assurances from Flipkart but no delivery. Asked for refund and still waiting after 1 week. FLIPKART has failed miserably this time, lost time and money and no product, even after payment made by credit card. PATHETIC.
