hi all, i hv recvd this product on time from flipkart exclusive delivery. pros- decent body built powerful pulsetar spinner is also good. easily movable spinner's upper tray can be use like collar scrubber cons- no soak option no detergent compartment power cord is something short no alarm bell for washer program
This is a nice product from whirlpool in this range.6.5 kg is enough for 2-3 members and it has good amount of options for soak,heavy and normal wash. Flipkart serves a good purpose by delivering it in a day without any hassle. The only disadvantage is that the machine is having wheels on one side and not on both the sides.
Delivery: It was a nightmare got it delivered almost after a month of promised delivery date. oh did I say I got it delivered? Sorry Nooooo.. I had to go 200KMs to pick the product. Customer Support: Worst experience ever. They kept pushing the delivery date by 2 days for almost a month. Every time you ask when is the expected delivery date, you get a response "We can not assure you but we will update you in next 48-72 hours". Cherry on top was they were teaching me ethics and professional behavior. People who can't even tell you where your product is? when can it get delivered ask you to behave professionally and wait for an year if required to get your product delivered. No empathy, manner less, senseless, clueless. Packaging: I have never seen such a disastrous packaging. there was just one carton box, no thermocol cushions whatsoever. got a damaged piece but didn't have courage to ask for a replacement because I was not sure whether I will get a replacement in this life or will have to wait for the next life.
