Display and Configuration
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 is an all metal device with a 9.7-inch QXGA retina display and a resolution of 1,536 x 2,048 pixels that results in 264 ppi pixel density. It is powered by a dual-core Intel core m3 processor which clocks at 2.6GHz and is coupled with 8 GB RAM. Thanks to its robust configuration, it can handle several applications at the same time without experiencing glitches. Intel HD Graphics 615 GPU makes the hardware side an ideal one to run the high end games. It runs on the Windows v10 OS out of the box.
Camera and Connectivity
The optics department in Mi Pad 3 pairs a 16MP rear camera with 1080p video shooting capability, dual color LED Flash and autofocus. There is 8MP front-facing camera that helps to take better selfie pictures and record a video or make a video call to friends or family. On the connectivity front, it comes with Wi-Fi 802.11, a/ac/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth v4.2, USB type-C etc. The tablet does not have any SIM card slot so calling can be done through web only. The onboard sensor includes accelerometer, compass, gyroscope etc.
Storage and battery
The Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 tablet comes with a large 8,290 mAh battery with the assistance of quick charge 3.0 technology. The tablet sports a 128GB onboard storage which can not be expanded further.
