The Yestel Q635 phone is nice to have hands on with its 4 inch screen and a crisp screen. Its touch sensitivity and a fluid Android UI with widgets, local search and customizable desktop make it so good. However, it is a Java phone based on Spreadtrum. (I guess it is a Bada OS clone) It has preloaded Angry birds, fruit ninja, candy crush, skype, yahoo messenger, facebook, twitter, talking tom and sudoku. It has a nice calender, memo, FM radio, torch, audio player and video player. (supports most types of files). It has bluetooth and Dorado WAP browser which are pretty fast, 3.5 mm jack and micro USB port. Dual SIM and microSD slots are present. Its camera is really good. I have been using this phone since two months now and I experienced no lags, it works so smooth. You cant go too much of multitasking since RAM is 256 MB. But it is sufficient as long as you are using JAVA. Its U-camera app lets you apply effects such as fish-eye and HDR way before you can take a photo unlike that in Android where you have to shoot a photo and apply effects afterwards. Its camera quality is really good. Its photos are legibly clear and has accurate colors. The phone came with a flip-cover, charger and earphones. The earphones sound great but the speaker quality is not that good. Voice quality during calls is fine and it supported all my SIM networks in Maharashtra. It is not a 3G phone. It doesnt have WiFi, but all in all it is a steal at 1.4K, although it is available in market at lesser than 1.4K. Java apps are available for download everywhere. Its battery lasts me for 3 days when not using internet and for 1 whole day when using internet. I will keep using this phone. Go for it if you are looking for a great secondary phone.
