This same phone launched in China,Europe and Americas with 1gb ram and in India they launched it with 512 mb ram and even higher price. Should be around 8k.

Ordered this phone on 5 Dec got it on 7 Dec (Sunday) thanks to Flipkart and WS Retail for fast Delivery and good packaging as always.nAbout the phone Specifications and Pros : -nIn the Box: - Handset, Headset, USB Cable, Charger, Quick Start Guide, Warranty Statement.n1) Camera: - Primary 13 MP and Secondary 8 MP both are really good and both camera capture photos and record videos in Full HD (1080p) format and it has LED Flash and in low light photos and video are are also good.n2) Dual Sim: - Both Sim supports GSM cards and 1 Sim supports 2G/3G/4G other Sim support 2G and also it has Dual Stand-by (Supports only Nano-Sim card).n3) RAM: - This phone has 2 GB of RAM which is really good for Gaming and Multitasking purpose.n4) Display: - The Display of this phone is 5.5 inch (LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors) resolution is 1280*720 which means it HD Display and the ppi pixel density is 267 and also it has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection it helps to prevent geting the scratch on display. And also it support Multi Touch.n5) Processor and Chipset: - The phone has Qualcomm MSM8939 Snapdragon 615 chipset and Octa Core 1.5 GHz x64-based processor which has 8 core (Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & Quad-core 1.0 GHz Cortex-A53).n5) OS: - The phone has 64-bit Operating system runs on Android v4.4.4 (KitKat).n6) GPU: - It has Adreno 405 GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) which is also really good to play latest high graphic enhancive game. i got this phone for 24.5k outside with free flipcover and screen guard.nThis is the best value for money phones ever.n1.) Amazing camera front and backn2.) No lags while browsing or playing games like asphalt 8, real racing 3 etc.n3.) Beautiful and sleek designn4.) amazing touch response so much better than the note 2 i was using( changed from samsung to HTC trust me guys you wont repent it)n5.)HTC sense 6 blink feed ..and boom sound speakers..good call quality 64 bit qualcomm snapdragon octacore best wid 2 gb ram what astounds me is htc inbuilt apps use very less ram like around 600mb rest all is free for us even after playing asphalt 8 for like 1 hr and talking on phone it handled multitasking so smoothly..n6) Great screen with Cornila gorilla glass thoughnnCons:n1.) Battery could have been bit more ..2600 takes you through a day...nothing more.n2.) Device gets warm when uses extinsively ,that doesnt bother me since im using a cover plus doesnt effect its performance ..even sony xperia z2 and note 2 used to get warm when using a lot.nnMy ratings:9/10 go for it guys

both the phone will give excellent performance in normal and multitasking if u want to play heave game then go for HTC 820 otherwise HTC 820g will do everything

I purchased this mobile on 15th Nov This phone is awesome. Cam with 13 mp is awesome and 8 mp front is good who take selfies . Processor octocore is speed. Battery: My only issue is battey which come around 8hr on moderate usage. an it have heating issues. Hope HTC release a patch to address the heating issue soon
