this tablet is awesome... best tablet below 10k... better thaan funbook n smart tab.. really working well.. value for money.. its one of few budget tablet with jelly bean update.. i'm writing this review from my tablet.. jus go for it. n flipkart delivery is best in class.. i received in 3 days..nnnfinal verdict- best tablet below 10k..

UPDATE: THE GLASS HAS CRACKED ON ITS OWN! MY OLIVEPAD IS 3 YRS OLD PURCHASED FROM FLIPKART AND IS INTACT, THIS ONE WAS PURCHASED IN AUG AND GLASS HAS CRACKED ON ITS OWN! FLIPKART GUIDE ME TO REPLACE IT FROM MILAGROW!! nnUPDATE 2: MILAGROW SERVICE CENTER IS VERY BAD, MY CRACKED GLASS THAT WAS NOT DONE BY ME, THEY ARE ASKING ME RS.2300/- for REPLACING IT. THAT IS HALF OF THE TABLET'S PRICE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ARROGANT AND SHAMELESS, THEY ARE CHEATS!nnI am writing this review on the fourth day after flipkart delivered it to me on Eid and Teej day. 5/5 for Flipkart's delivery and after service. Now let's see how I found the tablet on various aspects:nn1. Looks 5/5 : This tablet is very good looking and not that heavy to carry. You can flaunt it. Viewing angles are not all that good.nn2. User-friendliness 5/5: The ice-cream sandwich OS is good and the touch is extremely smooth. Milagrow has provided a informative manual. nn3. Workability 4/5 : I would have loved to give a full 5 star rating but the battery is eating up the one additional star. You can attach this tabtop to keyboard and mouse due to the presence of a usb adapter given in the pack. There is pre-installed Kingsoft office in this tab.nn4. Battery 3/5: This battery is funny, it will let you watch movies and play songs but will not allow you to browse, play games or work for more than 3-4 hours. The battery charging time when your tab is on is 4-5 hrs, when it is switched off it is 3-4 hrs. It drains out pretty easily. I have installed a battery saver app yet it is not all that good for working. So, milagrow needs to work on the battery big time.nn5. Sound 2/5: If you are buying this tab because you like blasting music then forget about it. It has just one tiny speaker which pretty useless to hear any decent video without the earphones provided with this tab. The 2 stars are for the earphones provided since they are of the best quality. Hearing music or movies with earphones is a dream. Sound clarity is crystal clear. nn6. Ram 5/5: It has got 512 mb ram but available is just 300 mb. But yet it runs like a dream may be due to the processor. This tab will allow you to play high end games without any lags. Web browsing experience with my pathetic wifi connection is also good. The tab is very fast and nice. You can view HD videos seriously without any lag.nn7. Internal Memory 3.5/5 : The internal memory available for users is just 0.83 gb which is not enough. I wanted to purchase on with higher internal memory but didn't see much good reviews about it so I decided to go for this one. But since, I have an 8 GB card purchased from flipkart, I shifted most downloaded apps to it. nn8. Camera 1/5: I don't want to give a zero, although I would have preferred giving it. It is just horrible. It is 2 Megapixel as per the software and not 0.3 megapixel as mentioned here. I don't understand what angle it captures and how am I to make skype calls from it. It has no flash or not even simple light feature that works. My olivepad, purchased two years back from flipkart has a much better camera. It doesn't have front facing camera but the rear camera is 3 Megapixels and works like a charm. This one does HD recording with no light so of no use. It is just front facing so no image capturing with this one. Milagrow please pay attention to this!nn9. Apps 3/5: The so-called pre-installed 70 applications are absent in the product. I wanted autodesk for architects as I am a home designer. Perhaps, it was the main reason why I purchased this tablet. But you get all apps for doctors and other unwanted apps like NDTV etc. There is free Wi-fi Call app and printer sharing app which I believe is useful along with Kingsoft office. There was no need for the apps like NDTV and others of that sort. It would've saved the internal memory. But for all other good things, I have given the rating. You also have android market India which is good. nn10: Virtual Keyboard 5/5: It gives options to type in Hindi, Tamil etc. nn11: Android version 5/5: You can upgrade it to jellybean. nnCons:nn1. No cover nn2. Tab heats up very easily although it is not all that frustrating but heating up is an issue with this tablet. nn3. Screen guard came with scratches. The screen also had finger imprints on it. nn4. Battery nn5. Sound Volume is as mentioned above terrible even with highest settings. nn6. Camera of the most horrible quality.nnVerdict: If you don't want to waste too much money in buying a laptop, go for this one. I haven't tried using a 3G dongle for it but I think it will work well. This tab is for movie lovers, gamers and workhorses but of moderate nature due to the battery. It is certainly not for photographers and music lovers. I am using it for it's portable and stylish along with being very usable.

I am very happy with the Milagrow MGPT07 (Silver). It meets all my needs and works well and also handles well. It is also an ideal gift to be given to children with a lots and lots of free programs available in the web.

can anybody plzz tell me does it have calling feature through sim or does it support sim slot...because specs given by flipkart it is written tha it support 2g and 3g network and also support gprs....so plz tell me it support through sim or through dongle..

Recently bought this tablet from flipkart.nnFor the first time, flipkart failed to make a quick service. Delivery was delayed by 3 days, that to after many calls to the customer care. Out of my experience with flipkart this was happened for first time. Hope will not get repeated in future.nnComing to the Tablet :-)nnthis is a very good and basic tablet at this price. nn+ve:n -- light weightn -- ample speedy processorn -- you will get a USB converter to connect Mouse or Keyboard directly.nn-ve:n -- problem with a bit low brightness. For some games you will observe the difference.n -- A bit poor touch lacks proper responsen -- Don't get attracted with the specification 2G and 3G support. It doesn't have SIM slot. Those are compatible with dongle only. (flipkart has to mention it clearly. Even when I called the customer care on this issue they were not even aware of this point that tablets with out call facility also comes with SIM slot for internet usage. Even I raised a ticket on this. But no response till now.. ;-( you need to spend more 1500 for dongle ) n -- No use of some pre-installed apps. Those cannot be removed unless you root.nnOver all a nice buy with some lacks... but trendy worth, at this price...:-)
