We bought 2 OBI phones from Dubai, Which had International Warranty as per the Instructions given by salesman supported by warranty card inside the box, However, recently had some problem with the phone in India and Company as well as customer care denied the warranty, I had to take the pain to prove it had a Intl Warranty.nnService?? Pathetic!! Quality of the Phone?? Poor!!nnService Centre guys would lie to you about what they have checked and repaired. Indian Team of OBI is even worse they do not understand Warranty Terms !! They do not know how to treat customers. They behave as if they are working for Apple, but the fact is they are still OBI.
