A adequatley featured and competitively priced. Excelent USB OTG feature. Video and voice call features are excelent.I am using it with airtel 3g and is stunningly fast browsing. Although the plastic and screen quality is much lower class compared to Sammsung it is less than 1/2 its cost and double its features.only rival so far is Milagrow MGPT04 - 16GB ....which is 1000rs cheaper and so far unavailable in flipkart.

I bought a penta pad recently, everything was fine for first week and then the device started to overheat and shutdown. NOw its not even switching ON i sent the product for replacement the PANTEL guys are not even responding abt the status of replacement.nnOVERALL the build quality of the product is poor. Some of my friends have also bought some other variants of Penta pad, they all experienced similar problems. Maximum life of the products is 1-2 months.nnI AM BEGGING ANYONE WHO READS THIS REVIEW NOT TO BUY ANY PENTA PRODUCTS PLEASE.......

rather dis i suggest tht milagrow tabtop is far better...nbcz it gives 4.0.4 os better graphics nd gud quality of material..nits chipper around min 3000/- compare to dis..nnd there's no handsfree, case nd many things which milagrow give with de tabtop...nya in dis voice call possible thts de only reason...

I wanted a budget 8inch tablet hence got trapped by this one showing many features and big screen etc.n1st this product is outdated, BSNL is not manufacturing any of these models any more, it has higher models now. So dont buy. While I bought it was already outdated (I dint know) . Delivery was on time but I didnt get time to check the tablet as it git delivered at home while I was out of country. So I could check it only after 30 days return pd was gone and did not like it at all. Though bulky, its poor on performance - sluggish, lot of lags, hang issue, touch not good.n2nd I was sent a second hand device - the seal was cut open inside the package and anyone could make it out was a used device.nBut I was just wanted for basic use though lets keep it as 30 days were over to raise return.nI tried registering the IMEI with BSNL for warranty services and they denied saying its outdated and flipkart are not authorize to sell their product also they told me this is an outdated tablet we have stopped manufacturing it so cannot Give warranty.nI immediately reported this to FK to my surprise as I did not expect this from FK (they should have checked with the seller that too it was WS retail their old n renowned seller what they are selling). Thanks to FK they took immediate action and did return my product with full refund which I really appreciate even after 30 days of return window . Thanks to FK services but pls do not buy this tablet.

i bought 3 items (worth 40000)from flipkart last week including Bsnl penta ws802c. two items were from different seller and im very happy with those products (laptop and tablet)nbut bsnl tablet bought from PAVANJAASENTERPRISES was not working properly. display is blinking, there are lines across the display and battery doesnt hold any charge. i have to plug it in for whole day to charge. wifi and hotspot doesnt connect everytime. i wrote back to seller next day explaining my problem and they said"sorry we cannot accept return" and they are not replying to my emails anymore.
