battery should be more powerful and li ion

I bought one wiio wi5 on 22nd december thru ebay. Their service is very good. But the phone is a flop. There are various problems with this one 1.At times you cant make calls, until you reboot it, though the network never fails. 2. The battery is so poor. So I tested it with some apps like cpu- z which say the capacity of the battery is only 1000 mah, though the company says it is of 2400 mah. You need to recharge it at least 2 times if you use 3g 3. The camera clarity is so so poor and the photos get a bluish shade at the bottom half. I had been using samsung s2, and photos taken with that camera of 5 MP was far far better than this one's 13MP camera. 4.The processor is MT6592 1.365GHz 5. Some patches get on the screen as you press on it, if you press as on gorilla glass. I am thinking of suing this company for defrauding me

I bought a WIIO WI5 on December 22nd thru ebay. their service was good and prompt. But the phone specification is not as we see in the advertisement. The battery is very poor. Picture quality is very bad. Now I cant make phone calls. it says "unfortunately launcher3 has stopped".
