Received a defective handset. The earpiece(Not speaker) is not working. Raised a return request in Flipkart and it has been completely ignored by Flipkart.nnnCompletely disgusted with Flipkart service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So Now its 13th Day with this showpiece for me. Finally on my 3rd Return request I was assured twice on call that It will be approved . And as they don't have stock now they'll send replacement on 19th.nAnd then today I see they have rejected my return request citing a reason: Reason : We have provided you with an alternative return as per policynAnd then they only have put up another return request below it.nnWhen I called customer support, The guy took a lot of time and then tells i have taken your complaint and you will be updated about it in 48 hours!nn....This is the worst ever experience I have faced from flipkart.com and this is definitely my last purchase from flipkart.com.nnAdvice for others: Buy this item only if you are ready to live with a showpiece in case you get a defective piece because there won't be any support from flipkart.nnnnnnnnn I received my Mi3 phone well within the delivery timeline set by Flipkart. I started using the phone and found everything to be pretty good. Apps and all installed without any problem and it seemed like I had received a perfect piece(unlike many other people who complained on flipkart about receiving a defective piece with functional issues ). However I didn't make any call that day.nnHowever,a day later I started noticing that call quality is very poor and the voice from other end keeps breaking frequently during call. I initially thought that it might be a network problem for the other person, but then it is happening for call I receive/make. I am unable to listen to any call properly. The signal strength is full.nn Even the WiFi has a problem and the WiFi gets disconnected and just doesn't detect signal often. Then I have to switch off the WiFi and turn it on back again before it starts detecting the signals. Sometimes, I am required to reboot the phone so as Mi3 is able to detect wifi.nnWhats the use of a phone when u cant listen to calls properly?nnThese are two very very serious issues, especially the poor voice quality during call. nnI immediately sent them a message on FB sharing my Order ID 30 hours back and even applied for return request on flipkart more than 24 hours back. BUT NO REPLY FROM FLIPKART.nnPATHETIC SERVICE from flipkart. Wasted my money. :(nnHOPELESS NOW

Product is just awesome.Though it runs on standard android OS, you get a different experience using this smartphone.It can be called as premium version of kitkat.nBuild quality, display quality and sound quality is on par with any flagship device.Themes are just amazing, they have really worked on Tajmahal theme making all icons indianised.They seems to have taken India very seriously. Each application on the device may it be camera, music, gallery dialer or messaging everything is neat, clean and rich and looks premium.nn Not everyone is lucky to have this product due to huge demand but I am sure those who were lucky are enjoying their device.But everything is not flawless since there were few glitches faced by users including me but the company has addressed the issue brilliantly.Hope they maintain the pace and introduce great products sooner in India.

Well the phone is working fine but only problem is that the voice call is not working( main ear-piece speaker - the near the front camera - is defective).nIn layman terms, the other person on the voice call is able to listen but I am not able to listen to him.nI have requested for a return.nI did a software factory reset and upgraded to the latest MIUI stable upgrade version 18 (I was told by the technical support to do this).nnBefore this I did a hardware test, and after the upgrade, I did the hardware test again. It consistently failed the following tests:nn1. Main mic speaker feedback testn2. Simulation call testn3. Top mic speaker feedback testnnSo, the software is fine and there is a hardware defect.nnMy first request for return got rejected. But I have applied again.nnI am patient and believe in flipkart that they will resolve this issue as quickly as possiblenand also Hope that my replacement phone will not be worse than what I have right now.nBut the more extra time they take, more my trust in flipkart, regarding customer support is getting eroded. Same is with other agitated customers of this product.
