Overall: Great Laptop and great specs, the processor should be called "Core i3" instead of "Pentium.". Installing Windows 7 was really easy as it came with the new BIOS out of the box. The older laptops came with an old BIO...

With the large 15.6-inch CineCrystal LED backlit TFT LCD display with a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels, the Acer Aspire E1-510 (NX.MGRSI.001) adds brilliance to videos and games. It has a decent thickness of 25.3 mm and is packed in a matte finished black body.
 
Processor and OS
 
A 2.1GHz Intel Pentium quad-core N3520 processor from the 4th generation series may be an outdated one but can handle multiple functions running simultaneously without any hassle. It is backed by a 2GB DDR3 RAM which is expandable up to 8GB with the two memory slots. The gadget also features a 64MB Intel HD Graphics processor. The Acer Aspire E1-510 (NX.MGRSI.001) runs an outdated and complex Linux OS.
