I bought the same from US and it has been around 2 years.....amazing touch quality.and the speed is superb.
I got this product in Singapore when it was launched, it wasn't available in India at that time. It did get me the usual issues, which are typically associated with any new launch - Wifi wasn't working, Touch screen became hyper responsive. however they were fixed at the service center, and now, it has been two years.. I am not even thinking of changing it. - superb battery life - even after two years, i get more than 4 hrs easily - beautiful screen - touch is amazing, it was one of the first touch screen laptop and still cheapest. - fast - nothing to say, look at specs. - CD drive : it is very thin laptop, almost like ultra books, still have CD drive. True no one uses CD now a days, but it come in handy when i want to view my old CDs. - Cons Build Quality is cheap plastic. i dropped it once from about 2 ft, and it got a minor crack on lid. screen started behaving unusually. Acer fixed it in singapore, not sure about India. If you buy it, use carefully, it is not a rugged laptop.
