The Product delivered (30/12/13-evening) to me was defective . Imagine Spending around 50K and ending up with a defective device. The defect was the call quality,there is a problem with audio chip in the phone delivered and hence I was not able to make and receive calls as I could not hear anything.I then raised a request for refund on 31/12/13 - morning. The response I got was the retailer (WS Retail) has disapproved the refund and replacement as well. I the called up the Flipkart support ( the so called support they provide). The first response was they will set up a call to get the problem checked an I will receive a call within 24 hrs. Next day I did receive a call and Flipkart associate said for apple products they cannot help, I need to contact the apple customer and thus from the the problem was solved the onus is on their customer and not them to get the faulty mobile repaired. I had then reach to Flipkart a number of times to explain that they can just sell a defective piece and expect the customer then to get it repaired. there response was that I will receive a call from the tech support which I have not received till date. I had to eventually go to apple and get the phone repaired and get the problem resolved. nnThe purpose of this review is let the prospect customer of Flipkart to be aware of kind of after-sale support you are going to make a very pragmatic decision before buying.nnFlipkart has surely lost One customer and I hope they learn their lesson and don't cheat the customer going forward.

As always.. iPhone is iPhone.. Using about 1year and more.. It is 4g- only internet can be used, no volte ( cannot able to call) Moderate battery life Good camera quality both front and rear Nothing to tell something new.. it's a iPhone so u obviously have very limited apps, no storage capacity only 8gb will be available in 16gb model but that 8gb also will get disappeared no one knows how and why.. once it got broken Ur mobile u have to sell some of Ur property and u can resolve it with Apple Service.. So if u r buying a iPhone 5s then it's clear Ur budget will be around 15k and u will sell something and make it up to 20k and buy a iPhone 5s.. If Ur budget will be around 25k then u prefer a 30k iPhone 6 16gb.. and this budget plan will goes on, no more changes.. if u can offer 80k then u will buy a 1lakh iPhone 7s plus or something buy making some loan or selling Ur property or who knows u may sell Ur kidney as well.. Once it fall down badly or get into some problem, don't worry Apple Service support is there.. simply go to a Apple Service centre they will exchange Ur old broken mobile with completely new one.. a brand new one.. in exchange u only have to give Ur another kidney or liver or heart or brain as well, if u have some million worth property it can be a good offer, if u don't have any of these don't worry, just sell Ur friend's kidney who uses Ur iPhone for gaming. Problem solved.. now u can start it again... A normal iPhone users life..

Product shipped to me before time it worked great with in 5 days it showed its true color its started choking battery as if it is 5 years old phone even after 100% charge it sustain only for 30 mins not more than that when i requested for return they said get in touch with apple service center and in apple i get to know this is a refurbished product and they asked me to raise complaint in consumer court which i did already for the seller as well as for the flipkart because flipkart should check the retailer first before making them as their reseller reseller sucks big time shame on you guys do not break the trust or play around the emotions of the customer...may god punish you and i hope flipkart should take corrective action i wish i could give my rating in negative

Please please try to avoid buying mobiles from flipkart and ws retail!They are selling used unsealed phones.n I bought IPHONE 5S from fllipkart on 18 june 2014 from WS retail.There are two issues with the package I received.First I could not find any earpods inside the package.The second issue is that the phone heats up so fast during gamings like temple run,subway surfers for merely 10 minutes or speaking with someone for hardly 15 minutes continuously.The worst part is that inspite of addressing this problem for so many times over phone to flipkart,they are not at all helping me with the correct solution other than asking me to wait for 24 hours during which time they would call me from flipkart.But its already been 2 days and I told them for more than 7 times about the probem,they are behaving as though they are unaware of the problem every time.Also they agreed for a refund on 5th july and assured that the money will reflected by 15th july.But that did not happen.On contacting them by 15th july,they told me to fill a new declaration form and ask me to wait till 23rd july and that too did not happen.Again upon contacting again now,they are asking me to wait till 30th july.i DON'T KNOW WHY THE HELL THEY ARE DOING THIS KIND OF ACT NOR AM I ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT they are doing to me.n I have also been told by so many people here at my place who are also certified customers saying that phones bought from flipkart are of very poor quality and the customer support people with flipkart have always been the most irresponsible people ever in terms of providing me a correct resolution.They are always asking me to wait for more time and also asking me for bank statements.

iphone 5S which i have bought from flipkart is getting heated very soon ..My sister has the same iphone bought from the outlet,and she i snot facing any issue.nnWhen i complained the same ,they declined my issue saying it may be a problem with the phone itself
