Does this product come with 3 year or 1 year warranty? How to get the 3 year warranty for this product?
Amazing product
Had a fight with flipcart customer service and confirmed with Asus that this product does not have 3 year warranty. Flipcart now simply telling return laptop, but I already started using and I paid using EMI for which EMI interest will not paid by flipcart. Disappointment with the flipcart. But I like the Asus brand. 6 months no issues. 4 star for the laptop 1 star for the delivery and service from flipcart.
I am giving it one star coz it does not submit the review otherwise!nSo, I ordered this laptop from flipkart because they give one day delivery when you pay extra for that. I had a good experience with my earlier laptop that I bought from the same vendor WS Retail. nBut this time when the laptop came home, I checked it the next day as I had to send it to my sister out of station and the screen wont come live.. it was totally blank. and these guys coolly tell me that I will get a call from the assigned technical team on saturday.. making it ordering that laptop a pointless affair. nTheir technical team calls you promptly before team and quickly cuts it in two rings before you can receive that call.. I would suggest that you carry your mobile like a clutch when they are too call you.. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH WS RETAIL AND FLIPKART'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
