i have been using this hybrid for last 2 months....actually bought this from a asus dealer for 35k.nbelow are some pros n cons of this product.npros:n1. good build quality.n2. multi-touch function is good / touch response is great.n3. viewing angles are great.n4. dock functions good..i.e keypad and mouse padn5. usb 3.0 & micro HDMIn6. micro SD supportn7. scratch resistant.....but don't take any chance...better to put a screen guard. n8. speakers are average....good in room...but useless outside.nncons:n1. battery backup is averagen2. multitasking not that great.....lags sometime / intel atom 3775 is just okay!! it functions same as a pentium or celeron processor.n3. RAM too less for win 8.1.n4. pathetic rear cam.....its 5mp but images are like 2mp.( very grainy)n5. free space is too less, only 8 gb available even though it has 32gb SSD.....recovery partition is of 8gb.n6. very heavy.... cant hold the tab for more than 10 mins in hand.n7. this product is overpriced.... 30k would be more than enough.

I bought this product for home and some office use and so far I must say it has exceeded my expectations. It works very well both in tablet and PC modes.nnDespite having a Atom varaint and only 2G RAM there is no lag or delay in UI. All applications load up fast too. Windows 10 UI is very quick and intuitive in both modes (more on that below).nnThe battery backup is much better than I expected. During normal use (browsing + youtube + programming) easily gives ~6-7 hours of backup. nnThe resolution is good in tablet/laptop mode and more than acceptable when connected to a monitor via HDMI port.nnThe build quality is good but it feels a bit heavy for its size.nnThe storage for apps is a bit less. But it has ~500G for data storage which is only available in laptop mode.nnWindows 10:nThis device comes pre-installed with windows 8.1. For the first day windows 8.1 could not be activated for some reason and called Asus tech support and it was decided that they would send their technician to my place to resolve the issue but it wasnt required as the next day it got activated automatically. It turned out that windows was not able to correctly update the system time from the network.nWindows 10 upgrade was bit of a nightmare and it worked only after several attempts. After windows was upgraded there was barely any space in C: but deleting previous installation and temp files etc was able to free up quite a bit of space. nOverall I am liking the Windows 10 interface. Its a big improvement over 8.1 and many frequently used actions like cycling through windows/apps have been made simpler by swipe gestures. It does not have as many apps in the store as chrome or android but for my use it does not count at all.nnAll in all an excellent and versatile product at a competitive price.

The glass touchscreen cracked spontaneously in the Delhi winters of 2 degree centigrade in the 10th months (within warranty) of purchase and the laptops first winter. The service centre quoted Rs. 12500/- for change of digitizer and glass. Lodged a complain with ASUS and they didn't offer any resolution. Resorted to consumer forum and then Asus offered a 30% discount which I didn't agree to as it was still a steep price to repair an innately faulty product. The product is fundamentally flawed as the internet forums as replete with such spontaneous cracking of the glass screen. ASUS is burying the charges. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS FAULTY PRODUCT!

I had received this where the box was damaged from all sides... Even the seal of the product was surprisinly cut... And to my utter surprise the laptops display had problems...nFlipkart immidiatly accepted the replacement request...nThis is my first review in this all 9 years... I have been a loyal customer of flipkart... But i suppose reseller ?... I am udating previous review... Even till date i have not resived the replacement... And flipkart is also not taking care of complian ... In fact surprisigky thr same reseller is sending the product...InI am suprised that now on flipkart there is flipkart advantage anf other seller product.... So every time u buy a product there are chances that one can duplicate or faulty products as flipkart like ebay has made it open seller marker with no controls...
