The Zenbook delivered to me had a 2-inch scratch on the *inside* of the screen, and the chassis was slightly bent, because of which the laptop did not sit firmly on all four rubber 'legs'. Asus inspected the product at my house and raised a job card for full replacement to Flipkart. Flipkart was unable to replace as there was no other product, and eventually, after 10 days, agreed to refund the money. The process is still on. Essentially, Flipkart is telling me that the product is out of stock though it is listed here. Go figure.
