Just bought it a week back and so far superb. Got it for my wife who is an archietect primarily as a presentation tool. Even runs2D CAD satisfactority though the system specs are much below the requirements. For me weight was a major criteria followed by performance. The built is excellent and looks are premium. Win 8 boots like a breeze. The only negatives are Hardware buttons for switching off the pad not there. Cursor hence slips while typing due to accidentally tounching the pad. getting used to typing on a 11 inch netbook needs time. Pre loaded windows would have made it a winner. Flipkart delivery was perfect as usual. Tracking was precise to the hour. Amazing logistics but I believe that applies to only WS retail. I have only sourced from them till date.
This is my first review of any product bought at flipkart. I have been using the site for the past 2-3 years and was mostly satisfied on all the purchases. I liked the product so much that I wanted to write a review. It's only been 2 days since purchase now and hope that there will be a good followup review after some 6 months. Bought the product for a good price during Deepavali 2013 sale period. nnMy requirements were to buy a low cost laptop (under 30000) for everyday use viz., browsing, educational use, easy to carry and good battery performance. I did not need a CD/DVD drive and preferred the laptop to be light weight. I know how to install OS from a bootable USB (I made one myself). This ticked all my requirements and capabilities perfectly. nnSo ordered on flipkart and got it delivered in 3 working days with cash on delivery mode of payment. Installed Windows 8 from bootable USB and it is working fine now (writing the review from the laptop). Build quality is good, looks are awesome, speed is good for everyday use activities, light weight (only 1.3 kgs), battery lasts for about 3 hours. nnCons: Keyboard is very small (I guess for such a small laptop it is inevitable that some keys are compromised on the layout) and some very important buttons like home, end, pgup and pgdn are to be used along with the function button. Screen can bend to only 120 degrees, so we need to be very careful about pushing screen farther back like a regular laptop. But the laptop still gets 5 stars for the value at such a price.
Excellent buy, sleek, power packed. Compact yet bundled with all the required specs. Using the machine to the full capacity. Zips past any software gud booting time as compared to similar priced lappies portable cam is decent for video calls audio output decent for price, dont install VLC and blast your speakers at more than 100 % output screen resolution gud, reflections fm bak grd light needs to be catered for Flipkart delivery as per schedule. Wishlist 1 Some more colour options would have been nice, hav put a vinyl film to tk care of white exteriors 2 A preloaded windows wud hav been grt 3 battery replacement will be an expensive affair subsequently 4 typing without touchin mousepad needs practice, no provision of deactivating the integral touchpad overall, value for money, so go ahd and pik it up, no other lappy on the shelf at similar pricing with the given specs..........
I received the laptop 2 days late but its a nice product. The best thing is that there is no windows, So its cheaper by almost 4k to 5k. I have installed Fedora 20 beta version and it is very fast on it. What more you can expect in 25k and plus cash back, so virtually it costs me in 21.5k ... thats awesome deal for me .... I will give it 5star in LED, Design, Touchpad and keyboard ... The laptop heated a little but it stabilize at that.... not to worry ..... The adapter is very small like a mobile phone adapter, and I like it the most ... but thats a compromise as it will take more tile to charge the battery ....
aptop speed is good and overall it is good experience mouse pad may have been better windows 8 runs like a breeze
