The Asus X550CA-0347 laptop has a 15.6-display screen. With a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels, the HD LED Backlit display shows amazing image quality and pictures appear vibrant and perfect. This 2.3KG device comes in dark grey colour, and has a dimension of 380 x 251 x 31.7 mm. The device is built in an aluminium body, and looks good sporting a mesmerising display.

Powered by a basic Intel Core i3 3217U 3rd Gen processor, this Asus laptop, works its magic when doing regular internet or entertainment activities. However, the processor, slotted in Intel express chipset is not suitable for complex gaming. Paired with processor is a 2GB DDR3 RAM, which helps in smooth running of this device. Whereas, integrated Intel HD 4000 processor performs all graphic related mechanisms. In its factory state it is loaded with DOS OS, which can be upgraded to Windows OS for an additional cost.

The Asus X550CA-X0347D flaunts a 1.0MP Webcam that provides a resolution of 720p for the purpose of video chatting. It has a 500GB hard disk which is great and performs all storage duties flawlessly. Moreover, there is a Super Multi DVD Drive for advanced optical writing needs. Blue-ray driver supports a speed of up to 6x. For effortless music listening, the device is equipped with stereo speakers with Sonic Masters Technology.

In terms of connectivity, this laptop supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 1 x USB (3.0), 1 x USB 2.0, HDMI port and Multi card slot. A 4-cell Li-Polymer battery which is powered by a 65W AC Adapter ensures prolonged battery use. It gives a battery back-up of 3 hours.
