Re-updating comments: ASUS gave excellent support & problem resolved. Many Thanks to ASUS India team n---------------------------------------------------------------------n1. System has issue of frequent restart with blue screen.n2. It only works with Windows 8 & aboven3. No drivers available for Windows 7 & below neither on Asus website not with their service centern4. No proper response/resolution neither from Flipkart nor from Asus & WS retail
I know that this product is good, But i received a piece which was already opened, battery placed inside and the motherboard already defective. I paid for one day delivery and the product got delivered on time, however the product was defective and i requested a return and the technical team is least bothered about returning my calls. they told a time frame of 24hours and haven't replied back for 3 days. FED UP with flipkart service and started to loose trust in WS Retail. They are not concentrating on the product delivered, and lot of delivery guyz are playing in between that in my office we got a stone instead of a phone ordered.
I guess Seller doesn't know the meaning of One Day Delivery. I bought this product on Friday and paid for One day delivery charges ,thought i will get it by end of next day(sat). Bu these stupendous people , didn't had any sense of duty toward customer to inform about the product will not be delivered , Pathetic !!! . And i don't understand , if they are not able to deliver by specified time Why don't they refund the extra amount. I got this product on Monday i.e (3 days delay). Most hilarious thing of all is On Monday Flipkart Portal still show that it will be delivered by last Saturday.
The Driver cd supplied by Asus is outdated and LAN driver was not working in my Lap.nBattery back up is little low(upto 2 hrs only continues usage).
The first thing you need to know about this laptop is its display screennnHD TFT LCD Glare Display with LED Backlit nnYeah, a TFT screen. Not a very good display. nnThe second thing you have to know about this laptop is that it has two graphics cards and allows graphics switching (when your battery is low, it switches to the integrated card). nnIt has Nvidia 710M with dedicated 1GB memory and Intel 4400. This technology is called by Nvidia as Optimus (Google it) nnThis, along with Intel CPU and rest of the specs almost redeems the laptop. The i3-3217U CPU makes a difference here. nnOverall a decent laptop with good performance (and I have put in a lot of load on its CPU already). nnOh, and the battery lasts 2 hours.
