Like always timely delivery by Flipkart but I was surprised to see Ekart delivery boy was asking for the money. & said, please don't mention it in feedback. Product: it's too early to comment but first impression is great, I did only first wash yet but I found it very quite & wash quality was nice. Company: Bosch seems to be managing service with the help of some desi guy who provides roadside quality service, installation guy didn't do any levelling, he made water connection that was leaking, he didn't say anything about pre start operation. He was only interested in selling softener, stand, extended warranty & descaling powder. Conclusion: product seems to be great but one need to be prepared for bumpy ride for getting service. If Bosch want to establish themselves in India they need to take service in their hand.

I liked this machine.. missing thing is digital display for time left

I bought this automatic machine for my elderly parents who live in my native place -Bijnor. This is district headquarter and barely 200 Km from New Delhi. I was pleasantly surprised with very quick delivery in three days as opposed to promised 7 days. However, after the pellete was delivered, the installer called to set a date of installation and demanded Rs 800 as taxi fare that I found unreasonable and hence informed Flipkart about it. The installer then came on agreed date and met my elderly parents who live on their own and barely understand technicalities. This guy charged them 1000 rupees as taxi fare, sold them a stand for 1100 and altogether took away Rs2300/- . This was less of a pain compared to what he did in the name of installation. He dedicated (rather than fitting a duplicator ) cold water supply to nearby wash basin to the washing machine and left wash basin only with hot water, instructing my parents to turn the boiler off if they need cold water (what a joker). The worst thing he did was to leave discharge flow from the machine reel on the floor rather than fix the flow back stop. So, all in all in the name of installation, he did was took four securing screw out from drum and plugged the power supply. He also managed to cause a big dent on the side of the machine. Pathetic service , won't recommend to even my worst enemy.

Smooth.. Noiseless....clothes 85%dry while comparing IFB... nonetheless value for money..... No display but it wont cause any worries.

the product was defective... it was broken from one side
