Very good point and shoot camera. Very compact, very lightweight, still it captures nice images. Image quality: Awesome image quality in daylight. Good image quality in night with flash. Of course we can’t compare ixus range with professional (EOS) or semiprofessional (SX series). But I am fully satisfied with the result. If someone wants manual mode (to set aperture and shutter speed, he might not like it, but ixus is not intended to cater them, I guess.) Zoom: 12X optical zoom rocks. Never got issue taking photos with zoom. Build: Best part of ixus. Very light weight, small & compact, easily slips in my tight jeans pocket. User Interface/ease of use: Just fit battery and start using it. Best for auto mode as it can be set from hardware switch. For other different modes, we need to navigate a bit but once got habituated, it’s easy, won’t take a second. Battery: Decent job. Depends mostly on flash on or off, but lasts longer mostly. Wi-Fi: We can easily share images to our mobile using wi-fi after downloading canon’s app (Android and IPhone) and share on social media. As I bought it during Big Billion Day sale, Flipkart gave good surprise! I got selfie stick free…! Thanks Flipkart. Overall excellent. I am happy using it.

After searching lot of reviews and videos I bought this camera and I got an awesome product from Canon.The design and overall dimensions of camera is impressive.Picture quality is fine even at the 12x optical zoom and can shoot full HD videos.With WiFi I can instantly share pictures to my android/iOS smart phone. Surprisingly I got a free selfie stick,thanks to flip cart,and the carry pouch is also good. but the 8 gb memory card provided is of class 4,they said that it will be of class 10. I give 5 stars to the camera an 1 star to the courier service,because they made me to wait anxious 12 days to get the product in my hand.
